We send everything by Canada Post; the larger items go by Express Post. Canada Post is slow but reliable, sometimes it takes more than a week to cross the country or even the province (noone knows why - it’s like asking where did the other sock go).
If you are not happy with your buy, we will refund your purchase, no questions asked.
1.Send an email from the contact form page. 2. Send the item back to us UNUSED. 3. We will refund, excluding delivery costs.
